The Doodle Comb has stainless steel tapered pins to enter the coat easily, without snagging against the coat.
Use to comb through knots and tangles, identifying any matted areas in your dog's coat. Comb in sections, through the coat all the way to the lower layers next to the skin (which is where matting begins). Comb all areas of your dog's body using our guide to see which are most prone to matting.
The Doodle Slicker is perfect for working through thick coats to remove dead hair; fluff curly / cottony coats and shape heads, top lines and legs.
The special pin hooks are able to catch and remove dead hair from the coat and helps brush out minor knots and tangles. The soft-grip handle and curved slicker back allow more control, ergonomically designed to reduce hand and arm fatigue, giving you precision control and a comfortable grooming experience.

We provide the tools and advice on how to keep coats tangle free between professional grooms in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Slicker - Use our Doodle Slicker to brush in sections through the coat and remove, loose or dead hairs to help prevent the formation of knots and matting.
Step 2: Comb - Use our Doodle Comb to find and release knots and tangles in all areas of your dog's coat. Comb in sections, through the coat all the way to the lower layers next to the skin. Comb all areas of your dog's body using our guide to see which are most prone to matting.
Step 3: De-matter - Use our Doodle de-matter for knots and tangles that cannot be combed through. Hold the hair at the root to prevent pulling the skin and use short strokes to gently comb through the knotted area. For very dense matts, rotate your wrist to produce a sawing action. For knots bigger than a pea, contact your groomer rather than trying to detangle it yourself.
